DreamWorks Animation kembali hadirkan Alex the Lion (Ben Stiller), Marty the Zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the Hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith) dan Melman the Giraffe (David Schwimmer) dalam petualangan baru mereka di Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. Di film ketiga ini mereka harus bergabung dengan kelompok sircus dalam usaha mereka untuk kembali pulang ke New York bersama King Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), Maurice (Cedric the Entertainer) dan para Pinguin.
Ditulis oleh Noah Baumbach (Greenberg, Fantastic Mr Fox, The Squid and the Whale), Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted kembali disutradarai oleh Eric Darnell (Madagascar, Madagascar 2) dan akan tayang dalam versi 3D pada 8 Juni mendatang.
