Dimensi Fonepad 7E jelas lebih besar dari phablet di atas. Dengan ukuran 196.8mm x 120mm x 10.5mm dan berat 340g, serta baterai 3950mAh, Asus mengklaim bisa bertahan 10 jam untuk memutar video 720p. Keseluruhan fitur lainnya, mulai jenis koneksi dan portnya juga sama dengan Fonepad 6E, dengan perbedaan hanya tidak adanya dukungan jaringan GSM 2100MHz GSM/EDGE. Asus juga tidak menjelaskan kan Fonepad 7E akan mulai dijual dan berapa harganya, namun yang jelas akan ada pilihan warna sapphire black dan diamond white.
